My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based — meeting each client where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs and goals.

My background spans school-based social work, child welfare, veteran healthcare, and community services — experiences that have deepened my commitment to advocating for vulnerable populations and building genuine, trusting therapeutic relationships. I’m a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southern University.

My work centers on wellbeing, self-actualization, and growth. I see every person as resilient, ever-changing, and capable of moving through suffering toward purpose. I have experience in community mental health and university counseling settings, working with young adults and adults across a wide range of life experiences — including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ concerns, and relationship challenges.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago (Jane Addams) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University. I currently hold Social Work licenses in Georgia, Illinois and Florida.

With over 14 years of experience in social services, I work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex life transitions. My approach is rooted in empathy and a strengths-based perspective — which means I work with what’s already in you, using non-intrusive techniques from Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that become natural over time and can be applied across multiple areas of your life.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. As your therapist, my role is to walk alongside you, offering tools that empower you in your mental health, emotional, and professional functioning. The journey isn’t always simple, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I work with individuals, couples, children, and families through life’s toughest moments — whether it’s navigating trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or building healthier relationships.

My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. Before joining ReLabeled Therapy, I supported survivors of violent crime as a Peer Support Specialist and Victim Advocate, providing trauma-informed care and crisis intervention when it mattered most.
